5340 Fatal Exception

5000 - v60961

Customer just sent me a jpg of a 5340 display showing a Fatal Exception. I have not had a chance to remote in and check the system logs yet. I assume it is a network issue of some sort, but of course they will want me to pinpoint the problem with their network. Any ideas?

I've had that happen with bad Application files (help,screensaver). Try deleting them and rebooting. Other than that, possibly bad firmware or interrupted during firmware update.

My experience would agree with 619tech, this is usually a symptom of a network problem.
