Contact Center Suite v4.1

We are proposing an upgrade for a CS 54000 from v3.2 to v6.0.  They are using the CCS v4.1 on their v3.2 now.  Will the Contact Center Suite v4.1 work on the v6.0 software.  I understand we can't add any licenses to the CCS.  Thanks

Well not having tried it before my assumption would be that yes it would continue to work since the OAI Stream should not have any changes that would severely impact it's performance. However, if the customer is going to use DEE keep in mind that CCS will see the Personal Route Device (PRD) as a hunt group and any calls handled by it may cause some issues in how it tracks those calls. By default I believe the PRD's extension is PP065 or something like that; use online monitor to verify and change as needed.

Thanks TE.  Customer should have upgrade to CSM- or whatever Mitel calls it now- when they had a chance...
