"contact card" display on 53x0 phones
« on: December 19, 2013, 11:50:14 AM »
What's the name for that thing that looks like a card that appears on the screen of the phone when a call comes in, and how do you turn it off? I had assumed it was a CoS option but out of two phones in the same CoS, only one of them shows it and it's driving the user nuts [you can't press the prime line key to answer the call without dismissing the 'card' first].

It's set up on the phone itself.  Not in programming.

Hit the blue key, then settings then "Call Notification"
