i have installed 3 x teleworker phones 5212,they work fine on my broadband,but when plugged in to the customers site the phones come up ok but intermittently they get 1/way transmission and voice jitter

The customer has asked for the the phones to have static ip addresses can this be done with a teleworker phone.

Phone can be set staticly.  Hold the up arrow while you power the phone up.  It will take you to the menu.
