Ringing on 2 device UCA

we have users with 2 multicall on their phone one for internal calls and 1 for external calls
If someone call their internal number 5010 they can answer the call with not problem however, if they call the DID xxx-1722
they will get 2 box pop up with Ringing on 2 devices.

Have anyone had this problem.

No you need to explain you setup in more detail as it is not clear.
