MLAA press 9 for personel directory number to disable
« on: November 20, 2012, 11:28:12 PM »
Hello,

Ask you, my customer using Multi level Auto Attendant for company greeting..

Greeting example…:- thank you for calling, if you know the extension number please key in now otherwise press 1 for sale..

In PABX, we have programme extension 899, 900 and 901… question is, if customer press 901 it will prompt personnel directory number and not forward to ext 901.

Can we disable that function and change the press 9xx to extension number?

Any suggestion?

There is no problem when customer press 899, it will transfer to existing extension number.

You can't use digits 0 or 9 in MLAA. Its in the help files if you want to read it. They are reserved numbers. So you will have to renumber your internal stuff.
