Just wondering if anyone can recommend acd reporting software other then PrairieFyre.

Have a customer currently using Taske with their Toshiba, but Taske is no longer making Mitel compatable updates, so we're looking for alternatives.

depends on the number of agents have you looked CSM from Mitel?

I haven't really come across any other reporting package. Just a little note on CSM, it can only report on ACD express.
