Emergancy Services from non logged in Device only set
« on: October 05, 2011, 06:19:25 AM »
Hi,

Is it possible to allow emergency services dialling from a logged out devices only set?

I've programmed up ARS which uses a route that allows all COR out and is tagged as emergency but the phone when i dial this states not allowed.

Is it possible to allow this or does a hot desk user have to be logged in, in order for any other function than a hotdesk login.

I know that i could set the phone up as a User/devices but this will be inefficient in terms of licensing and the client requires hot desking.

Thanks

Kenny

Is the emergency route completely unrestricted?

What does the display say when the phone attempts to dial the emergency number?

Also,  check the COS to be sure it has "public network via dpnss allowed" set to yes.
