Virtualizing Unified Communication Server on HyperV
« on: September 26, 2011, 12:33:23 PM »
Does anyone have this working?  I have several Fedora 14 and 15 virtual machines running on HyperV with no issues.  The only thing I had to do with those machines was to use the legacy network adapter and turn off the irq_balance process.  I setup a Mitel Application Server on HyperV the same way and it works just fine.

We want to move our Universal Communication Server to HyperV, but we were told that this was only support on VmWare and not HyperV.  Does anyone know the details on virtualizing a Unified Communication Server?

Thanks,

Leo

Leo,

You have been told correctly, Virtualisation is supported in a VMware enviroment only.
