One way audio with Bandwidth.COM siptrunk
« on: March 30, 2011, 04:30:06 PM »
We are using a mitel 3300 with MCD 4.2SP1 we have also tried to used the Mitel Border Gateway(same behavior)

We have a account from Bandwidth.com

When we have Music on Hold (MOH) active on the Mitel(Emb or external) we have a problem with the audio streams. When we disable the MOH everything is working perfectly.

The call scenario is as follow

1.       We dial +1650-669-8040

2.       The IVR is answer the call, we make a choice in the menu

3.       The IVR is transferring the call, MOH is playing (when MOH is enabled)

4.       Agent is answering

a.       (MOH disabled) the agent gets two way audio

b.       (MOH enabled) there is no audio, in the sip trace we see that we sent a re-invite, bandwidth gives a respone with 100 giving a try, but there is never coming a 200 ok.

Bandwidth.com is not very helpfull
Has anyone seen this before?
Thx

I am sure it is to do with your SDP options for the SIP Peer, can you post these on the forum?

Yeah it is more than likely an SDP option such as early answer.
