Caller ID shows Trunk Group label

When a call arrives at a customers site, the top of the phone displays the Trunk Group name (eg: "BRI TRUNK") whilst the incoming number is shown at the prime number button at the bottom of the phone. How do we set this up to show the caller ID at the top of the phones screen?
Phones: 5320/30/40/60
Controller: CXi running 4.2 (10.2.0.26_2)

Nevermind, I found the issue. Class of Service options for the users, most of the 'Display Caller ID' settings were set to No.
Damn you, Configuration Wizard! And me, too, for trusting it to do the right thing :P
