WAV file converter

can someone recommend a FREE converter to easily convert WAV files for MOH uploading into the 3300?

I use NCH.   
It's got a 30 day trial.   You can also use windows recorder.

Be sure to understand the ASCAP and BMI licensing issues before loading MOH on customers system.
Failure to have proper licenses can result in pretty significant fines.

Never been able to make audacity work for the require format.

thanks for the responses - can you explain the process in audacity. i did use this in the past but can't seem to work it out now.

I use Switch Sound Converter to convert files from any format to any format.  This is by far the best application I have found - highly worth the 25$ after the 30 day trial.

I use Audacity for sound file editing and combining.

Its free, its wasy its quick., you dont recieve any annoying SPAM like emails once downloaded
No complaints with it at all

Goldwave isn't free.
You get an limited time eval then you need to buy.

My win7 machine doesn't have sound recorder.
Also, can't convert MP3 to wav.

But... Have used it many times before.

copy sndrec32 file from win xp to your win7 and click on it I did it,so if it dose not help you use very useful software that called cool edit and it works for win7.
