Nupoint Message Waiting Lamp

Hi,

We use nupoint for our voicemail service with our Mitel 3300 controllers. If I receive a voicemail today, the message waiting lamp shows. However, the message waiting lamp will not be flashing the next day  if I haven't listened to the message. Is there a timer that controls how long the message waiting lamp shows?

In the 3300 system options, I am sure there is one option for 'callback cancel timer'.
