Cxi II running MCD 5.0 something. IP trunking to another 3300 that is connected to a NSU that is on a 2k to get to the PSTN (there are four other 3300s at other sites that haven't reported problems connected the same way). The users at this site are complaining about calls intermittently disconnecting when they answer or when they park a call. They claim that sometimes when a call is parked the caller hears several short beeps and the call ends. They are using the group park keys to park calls and retrieve them remotely and I haven't been able to recreate this.
Anyone have any ideas?
