Hunt Group with Call forwarding

I have serveral extension numbers in a Hunt Group (terminal), I have tested that one of the phone in the hunt group doesn't forward when it was rang (hunted) but not answered. We will like the call to go to the forwarded call when the person is not at desk and he has turned on the forwarding before leaving office.

1) caller dialed hunt group number
2) the 1st number in the hunt group was busy, so the call went to the second number
3) the person of the second number has left office but turned on forwarding always.
4) the second number kept ringing without forwarding ---we will like this number to be forwarded to the programmed number.

Looks like Hunt group is not able to do that. Any idea to make this work?

You have to forward the hunt group via the call rerouting assignment form.
You forward the hunt group - not the individual extensions.
The voice mail box that the system will use is the same as the extension number as the hunt group.
