How do I add a member to a ring group?

go to the ring group form, click the ring group you want to add to, click "add member".

For basics like this, the mitel online help is great.search ring group and you will get your answer without having to wait on an answer

go to the ring group form, click the ring group you want to add to, click "add member".

Where do I find this form?  I don't see a form called "Ring Group".  The Group Administration Tool only lists Hunt Groups, Pickup Groups, and Page Groups.

  What version of 3300 software are you running.  I think Ring Groups came with 9.x but not sure.  We assumed you had a high enough version as it sounds like, from your question, you already have ring groups.

  So to help - we need more info....

"Ring Group" means something pretty specific to us.
What do you mean by "Ring Group".   How is it working for you now?
