I have a customer that only wants to see the digits of a inbound caller ID - not the name.
I thought I knew how to do this but.... couldn't find it in COS.
Any ideas?

3300 ver 4.2.

I thought I knew how too - but if you went over the COS stuff. Sometimes on that stuff I find I have to change the COS on the Phone and the Trunk to get the desired results.

Are there System options that might help?

Give them a 5312/24!

I'm with Chak, I have to play with the COS settings to get it to work.

I met with one of our techs and bounced it off of him.
What he said to do was: in the COS of the trunks, turn off ONS name display.

Haven't had a chance to test this yet.

check in the calling line id restriction form
