Hi,

This will depend on the functionality on the SBC or other system you are connecting to. SIP is a funny animal. I currently have issues whereby no moh or RAD message will play when dialing in on SIP trunks.

I know there is an option in 4.1 called Avoid Signaling Hold to the Peer I am not sure what release it came out in but try changing that if its available.

Have you tried configuring the CPN forms and do you have the options enabled in the relative COS?

Afeef - please start a different thread as the symptoms of your issue are clearly different.

Thanks!
