I have a Mitel 5224 that will randomly (assuming) reboot and get stuck at the DHCP Discovery screen, then at some point in the day, the phone will finish booting (user can make calls, check voicemail, ect.), then randomly return to the DHCP Discovery screen. Issue started after having to restore our MXE III from a backup. Is there a maintenance command that I can run to find more info on the problem extension to see what might be happening?

It sounds to me like there may be some type of network issue.
Have you looked in the 3300 logs to see what it says?

sorry for the late update. The issue has been resolved. User decided to reconfigure his office and in the process nicked the ethernet cable causing a bad connection. sorry for the poor detective work before putting in the ticket.

Wow.  I hate those types of problems.  I had a similar thing with a console once.  Took forever to find it.
