Location of Phone Tree VM
« on: December 13, 2017, 02:52:46 PM »
Sorry guys but i'm only really familiar with teh 5000 and now have to take care of a 3300 as well. We have a phone tree on our main number and i need to make some changes to the tree (options and VM changes)  I cannot locate any of it for the life of me.  Can anyone help me locate where in the system it is?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Perry

What voicemail, embedded or Nupoint?

If Nupoint, it is likely a Call Director Mailbox... if embedded, it could be single digit mailboxes (1, 2, 3, etc) or a Multi-Level Auto Attendant.

It could be an ACD path interflow dialing list, depending on how the greetings/tree is set up.

Look in VM mail boxes programming form and see if any of the mail boxes there are the same number of you phone tree option numbers in the first column.
