Disconnect time for Menu node on auto attendant

Hello, I am a newbie for mitel. I am trying to setup the autho attendant. I found that menu node mailbox out behaviour , disconnect time is about 3 times. How can I reduce becoming one or two. thanks

Sorry, I forgot to mention my PBX. It is Mitel 3300 cxi. thanks
