Mitel 5330e - No Sound

Hi there
for some reason whenever my phone rings there is no sound. you can the incoming calls and lights flash. The volume on my ringer is turned up. Also When I use speaker I hear nothing. I do not have a head set enabled. Help!

Have you tried logging in to a different phone?
Is it the same for internal calls and external calls?

Local phone or remote? Can you get dialtone at all at all, because that is generated internally by the phone. What is shown in the display?

Otherwise, it is probably just a bad set.

Bad phone; broken speaker. Had one or two like this. Even from new. Although I have also had a case where the headset had been enabled then the headset key removed so you couldn't turn the headset off. We programmed the headset key and turned it off and it all worked again. Found it simply by looking in maintenance commands and doing a locate feature extension.
