It appears so 

This is the only way I have managed to implement alpha tagging. It is the biggest pain. I am currently maintaining an MXe intergrated with an Ericsson PBX using an E1 connection, so alpha tagging between the systems is crutial. Good luck

Hi All,

Im Fairly new to Mitel systems so apologies for the simple question.

I have recently had DID's activated on our system. The issue im having is with Day, night1 and night 2 on the 5550 console, how do I still use this function when in the trunk attributes form Ive had to remove the day night answer points to allow dialin trunks?
