Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Re: sx200ML Voicemail help
« on: October 02, 2009, 09:10:57 AM »
Ok, thanks for the info I went into the mailbox itself and turn on no answer callforward and busy callforward through the prompts.  It appears once an extension is created, the voicemail is added but not routed.

Hey guys,

We recently have taken over a small facility and they have an sx200.  I have work a little with the sx200, but we have a new extension that just keeps ringing and does not go to voicemail.  I'm not sure what form or where I set it to go to voicemail.  I've check the call rerouting table and its not similar to what I'm use to looking at compared with the sx2000.  Can someone give advice where to set this up?

Thanks

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Outbound CallerID
« on: April 13, 2009, 03:13:30 PM »
Hello,

We currently have an SX-200, any outbound calls shows up on the caller ID as private or unkown.  Is there a way we can unblock the caller ID?  Can we program to dial to unblock callerID? Verizon told us it would cost $600 to change the caller ID because we need to convert to a PRI line instead of a DS0.  I think something is fishy but not sure.  Any ideas would be great.

Thanks

Yes, we only have 1 PRI.  We have a range of DID that the number is in.  So we should remove that number listed in the range?

Hello,

We are having issues where the names of the stations sets are appearing on customers caller ID.  Its random and does not happen all the time.  For an example:

Ext:12345 - John Doe,    "John Doe" would appear on the customers caller ID.  It should show up as the Facilities name, which sometimes it does.  I'm just wondering if anyone have any ideas why this is happening.  Verizon said their end is good.

Yes I was able to dial the speed dial from any mitel phone.  I actually found the problem.  The phone 90000 COS and COR needed to be changed to accept forwarded calls.  So it worked.

Thanks,

Hey guys,

We have a service phone extension 90000 hotlined to 50000(Non Prime).  I put a forwarding button so  the 50000 forwards to a speed call.  so when someone picked up the 90000 phone it will ring to the speedcall.  The problem is, the line has a busy signal when picking up the receiver to call the forwarded speedcall.  But when I dial the 50000 directly, the forwarding works.  Does anyone have any ideas why its behaving like that?

Thanks

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Callrouting help
« on: October 10, 2008, 02:29:53 PM »
Hello,

We have a main number that hunts to 2 nonprime key systems.  What I want to do is set it so when no one answers from any of the 2 key system it will forward to a speedcall to a wireless IP phone.  Well I did was route the first alternative from each key system to the speed call.  It doesn't work, I hear it ring from the phone I'm calling on but ...no ring on the destination phone.  I'm wondering if someone has any other ideas.

Thanks

Wouldn't that be in the Digit Modification form?

Hello,

We received a list of 10 list of phone number from the phone company for our DIDs.  Example:

341-5050
341-5051
341-5052
341-5053
so on.....

I have  extensions that we want to tie this to.

x18050
x18051
x18052
x18053

How can I make it so when someone dials the main number it will automatically ring the extensions without creating a system speed dial.  Is it in the Digit Modification or ARS?...I would like the range of numbers from the phone company to work with the range of assigned extensions for DIDs.

Any information would be appreciated.

The caller will just listen to the greeting that tells them the hours then it will automatically transfer to the hunt.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Setting up new callbox help!
« on: September 02, 2008, 03:33:14 PM »
Hello,

We have an existing building with 3300 that has the administrators callbox which already has the existing opening greeting.  However, there will be another entity going into the same building with different DID# from the phone company.
I'm trying to set up when users call the new main DID, it will route to a greeting always ("we are open from 8 to 5....") then it will route to a hunt# which routes to multi-lines on 2 phones.  Can someone please help me? Can the 3300 have more than one callbox?

Thanks

The same thing happen to us and we called Mitel, they said the only way to fix this is to upgrade your server.  They did not give us a reason why the problem is there.
