I have the same problem too.

If a call manager user call a Mitel user and the mitel one put on hold, the cisco user cannot hear the MOH.

Someone can help me?

Hi to all.

I have added a 2nd 3300 in a cluster of 2.

I have the problem with MOH, i need to transfer the MOH from the primary to secondary.

There is a way to download MOH file from a 3300 and transfer it to the second one?

Hi to all, we are going to install MCD4.1 and we read that OPS is no longer supported for sync and cluster configuration.
What is the easiest way to migrate from OPS sync to SDS?

We have 2 3300 with resiliency configured.

I have also a 2nd question: can i use SDS in order to configure ACD path for resiliency?

The 3300 version is 9.0, and when the problem appear nobody can hear nobody.
No, we haven't done any capture, i suppose that someone have alredy see this problem and can help us

Hi to all, we have a sip trunk between mitel mxe platform and a cisco call manager.

Everythink work fine, but we have a problem that after 15 minutes the audio is stopped.

Have someone experienced this problem?

Hi to everyone.

We have a problem with SIP trunk between Cisco <-> Mitel.

If an user in cisco call a mitel user everythink in ok.

Sometime when mitel user call a Cisco user, mitel user can hear the cisco user, but cisco user cannot.

In mitel's logs, we have messages like this:

  Port:14fd9f90 Could not Create a compatible MD. Event SMH_FSM_ANSWER State: SMH_FSM_WAITING_ANSWER

Anyone can help me?

Hi, i have to upgrade OPS to version 8.0

I have V7.6 installed, and direct upgrade is supported.

In THB, there is the upgrade procedure that indicate that you can upgrade the SW and you have to restore the DB at the end.

Can i upgrade the SW without to restore the DB?

Thank you, but in this situation you are not able to forward your phone to an external number.
Many of our customer has VIP user that forward their phones to their mobile..

I think that we implement only VM restriction.
