Does anyone know if the Mitel 5000 supports RTCP so I can use a tool to monitor and correct QOS?

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Does the SX-200 Light have the same alarm contact port as the 3300?

I found a pinout of the DB9 Controller Alarm Port Pinout.

Does the SX-200 have one of these?  It wasn't listed in the technical manual.

Yes, but we can take the contact closures, change them to RS-232 input, and then log into the SX-200 and ask (nicely) for the current Alarms.  I just need to know what we might get back.

Hi,

First post here.  My alias is Rolan_Kraps.  I work for OutPost Sentinel.  We make remote monitoring and access equipment for PBX's and network equipment (www.pbxmonitor.com).  But that's not why I'm posting...

Our customer is not the "end user" of the PBX, but rather the company that sells it and provides maintenance.  The whole idea is that you provide 7x24 monitoring of the customer's PBX and charge them a monthly fee to do so. 

So one of our customers is looking to start monitoring a Mitel SX-200 Light.  I have the technical manuals, but can't find an alarm list to program into our Sentinel Alarm Manager (SAM).

Does anyone have a list of alarms for the Mitel SX-200 Light?
