Mitel Software Applications / Issue with InAttend login

Hi~

We're currently facing an issue where InAttend user is unable to login to client.

Error messages that pop up include:

When the 4th user tries to login to client:

"Logon to the server failed! No more license or invalid answer from license service. Please contact your system administrator" When the same user tries to login again after the previous error message: "A user with your userID is already logged in"

We've tried to delete the user and to create the user again, we've also tried restarting the InAttend server - this causes the number of users that were able to login concurrently to drop down to 2. Any idea how we can resolve this?

I've installed certificates on my lim, since there are resources on how to install the cert itself, but i can't seem to find anything on applying these certificates on the sip phones :(

Been doing trial and error on the PM, anyone has a clue on which field to reference which pem files in config file section?
