Yes, my question was answered.  We do have a contract, just was surprised at the bill.  I watch the file being FTP into place and the command run to put the certificate in place.  It looked straight forward to do.

Well, I was just asking because this issue was not a result of something we did to the system.  My opinion is that this was a Mitel issue and we should not pay to have the certificate put in place.  Thank you everyone for the information and discussion.

I am looking at one of these for a user that does not have access to a wire.  I did see a note that it works with version 9.1.  We are still on version 8 here, does this device work with the 8 version?  I see notes going back before 9 was released.

Good afternooon all,

   I have been looking through all the posts in regards to Class of Restrictions.  I am hoping someone can help me sort this out.  I did not originally set this up, but here is what I have.
   
   COR 22 - No Outside Calls - Table has 21,22
   COR 23 - Local Calls - Table has 21-23
   
   ARS Digits Dialed - Local Calls - 9315+7 COR 22
   
   I have confirmed that moving the Station COR from 23 to 22 denies the dial, but I just don't see the logic?  In what I have found this setup seems to be backwards?  What am I missing?

I created a trunk group where I alternate the trunks(1,25,2,26,3,27... etc) between my two PRI's.  I set it for circular so it goes through all trunks.  In the ARS I have it use this trunk group first then the other two that are separate.

Is there a way with the DISA to force the system to use the default Caller ID?  When I make a call through DISA it displays the caller ID of the phone I am calling from.

Is there a dial by name for the auto attendant for a Mitel 3300?  I have read there is, but cannot find anything about setting it up

I would start with a DGT TRACE of the numbers in the Maintenance Commands and see where the number is being sent along the ARS.   i.e.  DGT TRACE 918885559500

I have remote users saying that their phones are rebooting on their own.  I do not have any alarms on the teleworker side at this time.  What log files would show a reboot of these phones?

What licenses are required for the 69xx features?  The mobile link?  Transferring a call from the desk phone to your cell phone?  Does this require MiCollab?

I have the "dummy" phones here set up as "IP Device Only" with a COS that allows hot desk login.  The "IP Device Only" does not take up a license.  The phone cannot make outbound calls.
