Can someone explain why an analog trunk port would be stuck on releasing??

Also is there a certain config for the Trunk if I want to use it to connect to a paging system??

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Port 6830 keeps closing

Have a site that wants to add PMS and we need to connect to port 6830 for Voicemail.

I couldn't get a connection to port 6830 so the system was rebooted and we could then connect to port 6830.  A week later we could no longer connect to the port.

The Inetstat maintenance command does not show any connections to port 6830.

I am wondering why the port keeps shutting down??

Thanks Ralph,   I have scheduled a weekly reboot and will be upgrading when they get their maintenance up to date.

Every month the system needs to be rebooted other wise the login page won't load.   

Software is 6.0 sp1 on an AX Controller.   Why does the system not respond when browsing to the IP.   

Will be upgrading this year.

Customer rebuilt their ER Adviser server and restored the database and it seems to be working fine except for one problem.   On Mitel phones they have a key on the set that if you press it twice it is suppose to send a notification to ER Adviser.

Line Type on the key is Phone App and the Phone Application Feature is Duress,    I have never seen this key before and am not sure how it works.

PBX version is 6.0 SP3
ERA version is 6.0.1.20

It is Nupoint UM-SMTP and FCOS 264, 264 and 280 were on.  I enabled 262 and will have them try it.

We have Unified Messaging setup in the Nupoint but the Call Display is not coming through on the emails.   call display options are enabled in the Class of Service on the Nupoint Ports.

I am getting a Microsoft Feature Pack Error when updating to the latest version after a Collab Upgrade.   The customer has checked his PC with instructions from Mitel Knowledge Base Article and the Registry shows the Feature Pack is installed.

I have two sites running 6.0 with 2000 Per Bays on FIM Modules.

When the system syncs to AMC the per Bays lose connection to the PBX for about two minutes

In Management Studio there was a button to press to view the screen recordings,  customer is telling me the button is not on the screen anymore.

They are running a bugged version where the CTSDevices database gets full and needs to be shrunk and they do have alarms that the CTSDevices database is full.

PBX has been upgraded to 9.1.2.4 and the Call Recording is at 7.3.

I have tried restarting the services and set the new Shared System Option for CTI authentication to No in the PBX but I can't seem to get the CTI link to enable.

Recording is done on the PRI but when I open Management Studio the Extension column shows the Trunk numbers instead of the extension numbers and I think it is due to the CTI Link being down.

When the customer looks at calls in Management Studio the Extension column is showing the Trunk number instead of the Extension Number.   Usually after a reboot the problem is fixed but a reboot didn't fix it this time.

They have a PRI and are recording at the trunk.

MiVoice Business Console on Surface 7 plus will not see the USB headset.   Headset works on all other apps on the Surface except for the Console.

But the headset and console work fine on the Surface 7 but not on the 7 Plus.

In the audio menu drop downs for Voice Headset/Handset Selection there is no headsets to select, but in Ringer Selection the dropdown has the headset.

The ports answer if you dial the mail,   it won't answer when a extension is rerouted to mail from 1st alt or always.  Also a DID call to an IP set doesn't answer.

The ports are idle,  we have rebooted and stopped and started the Vmail
