We upgraded our 3300 to release 10.1 and our Oaisys is showing on calls recorded that there is no audio.  We have a stand alone MBG and Oaisys server.  My vendor has been working on the issue for over a week with Mitel and still no resolution.  Anybody have any knowledge of this issue?  We plan on upgrading to the new Mitel Interactive Recorder.

Is anyone else running Mitel Linux appliances as virtual hosts in a Nutanix environment?   I know Mitel currently does not support it but my resources on VMware is getting very limited.  We would like to move our MiCollab, Main controller and Teleworker server.

Anybody know how to remove the auto login in MiCollab 9.4.107?  Our IT group uses a generic username to forward calls to different cell phones.

I am currently paying $50 for a Jabra GN9300e earloop.  Part number is 141121-02.  Has anyone found a better price for this earloop?

SIP On Mitel / Need device so 13 fax machines work over SIP

We are in the process of moving our biggest plant from PRI to SIP.  They currently have 13 fax machines that they use.  I typically buy the Cisco SPA122 for the fax machines but they only have 2 analog ports.  Has anyone used the Cisco SPA8000-G1 device with the 3300?  It has 8 analog ports but appears to only have 4 data ports.  I assume I will need 8 data ports for the 8 analog ports.

We are running MiCollab client version 7.3.0.402.  Everyone in our group has chat enabled.  We noticed that after hours when everyone is gone for the day some users chat icon is Green (online)  and some are Orange (away).   Why would a user's icon be Green if they are gone for the day and their PC is locked?  Everyone in the group has the MiCollab client on their cell phone.  Most of us also have schedules setup for in the office 8:00 a.m. and Gone for the day 5:00 p.m.  Would client on the cell phone cause this or schedules?

Anybody know how to exit out of this client without removing the app?  We have a few folks with two different profiles and they were able to logout in the older MiCollab 6.1 client.

Is there anyone running Mi Collab version 7.2.2.14 and running 3300 version 8.0SP3?  Mitel docs shows you have to upgrade Mi Collab before upgrading 3300 version.  For us that will be an issue.

We shut down a location that has about 15 5530 IP phones off a 3300.  I deleted the phones off the controller before it was shutdown.   Now when I boot up the phones it boots off the resilient controller.  How can I remove these resilient phones off the resilient 3300?   Running software 7.0.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitai monitoring issue

Back in February 2016 we upgraded our 3300 to release 7.0.  Soon after the upgrade we starting having issues with call center clients not working and calls not being recorded on Oaisys.  Open ticket with my vendor.  Found out we had maxed out or mitai monitoring of 2,000.  Mitel suggested we upgrade Prairiefrye, Oaisys, IQ, Nupoint, Teleworker and SRC.  We did all this and still did not correct issue.  Now Mitel suggest we move the controller to a VM which supports 20,000 mitai monitors.  Our current voice network will make it very difficult to do this.

Anybody had this issue and know of any options?
Any feedback would be appreciated!

I am unable to forward a desk phone to a international number.  I would like to do this on a temporary basis.  Have a 3300 with software release 7.0.

Anybody running PF contact center with the softphone manager version 7.1.3.1 on windows 10?   According to PF it is not supported but will it run in compatibility mode?

We just upgraded some of our 3300s to 7.1 and when the phones boot up they are getting message assertion failed-18.  We have determine is is a 802.x issue.  When we remove 802.x from the switch port the phone boots up fine.  Does anyone know a workaround for the 802.x?   Any help would be appreciated.

Request to add an additional extension to a 5330 IP phone and have it go to the same voice mail box as main extension.  Main extension is 21273 and added extension 21272. They want 21272 if not answered go to 21273 voice mail box.  Running 6.0.3 and Nupoint 16.2

Just purchased a Polycom IP7000 conference phone.  I have the phone registered and is working great except the conference key.  When I call party A number from the Polycom and Party A answers I then press the conference key.  I get dial tone and call party B.   Party B answers and I press the conference key nothing happens.  It does not join the calls.  Call waiting swap is enabled in COS.

I have a Mitel 3300 MXe controller running release level 6.0 SP3.
