I have been in telecom since 1971 and I got my first Mitel training in 1974 or 1975  . I have worked on Mitels until the 3300 came out as a replacement for the sx2000 I knew it was time to think about retirement ,So i did in 2009 , and went to work for a new company .

Customer has an old sx2000 with OPSMAN , yes opsman don't ask . SO OPS has been ok until recently it's not propagating . Iwent in maint and typed pen ch display about 50 changes are hanging there ,I rebooted OPS MAN and set a propagaton did not change when I was on site and pending changes are the same count . Any ideas cables and routers have checked .

Has anyone here worked on the ancient SX2000 Dark with the black cabinets and the entire shelf of control cards . When we retired those and put in 2000 lights it was HAPPY days .

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Half of per node 5 is down

sx 2000 lightware 34 . Half of the card slots on per node 5 are down starting with slot 7 . I replaced per node power supply ,and pulled all cards cards out of node and reinserted one at a time but still have same problem . Any ideas are most welcome . Thanks

Working on an old sx2000 lightware 34 with an even older AVT voicemail with T1 intergration . The message waiting lamps are no longer are being illPFNHFNuminated on new message received . Any ideas or where to look . Thanks .  I hate working weekends

still working on this site with  know it all IT  manager . He is trying to revise a name in the tel dir form but the old name still displays when called by other users .

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / One way transmission on mitel 4025 telset

IT manager deleted and reprogramed a 4025 tels because he could now it can hear but not transmit . any ideas on why this is happens  . tel set and handset have been swapped with known working ones . thanks in advance
