SIP On Mitel / Mitel 5610 "incompatible handset version"

I got a few Mitel 5610 phones and got some of them programmed to the dect stand no problem, but a few of them give me the "incompatible handset version" error and won't register. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

I have recently received a few Mitel 5610 handsets which have had their default PIN codes changed. I have searched around and have not found a solution to setting it back to the default ( 0000 ). Any suggestions.
