SIP On Mitel / TA7108 Extensions "Invalid" when registered

This is on a MiVB 3300 8.0 SP3.

I have a TA7108 SIP Fax Adapter and have a used a few in the past. I have one where two extensions were cut over from an ASU II and did fine. The third, and any subsequent ones we add will show "Out of Service" when we call them until they register from the server when we change them from analog to SIP. All expected so far.

The issue is that once registered from the MiVB the extension goes "invalid"

The TA7108 Shows  the extensions "Registered" and LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION in the MiVB shows the extension "Login active at SIP"

The ones that are working do not appear to have any differences such as COS or SIP Device Capabilities.

Am I truly just losing my mind?

A Business Schedule can be used on an ACD Pilot Number, correct? I have a schedule set and applied in Call Rerouting but for some reason at the end of the day 1700 it's not kicking in to Night1 Rerouting. LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION Displays the correct business schedule but indicates it's not in Night1 mode.

In MiCollab  9.3.1.102-01 when I create a new NuPoint Mailbox it is not showing up in the "NuPoint Unified Messaging" tab when I attempt to assign existing mailbox. New boxes just aren't populated in the drop down. Is there any way I can force NuPoint to sync up?

Mitel Software Applications / MiCC Not Reporting Agent Logout

I have a weird thing that when an ACD agent stays logged in, and does not answer a call, the system logs them out (as it is programmed to do), but Contact Center shows the agent logged in. However, the agent is actually logged out and not receiving calls. If I log them back in, and right back out from Contact Center all is well.

So, in summary the system knows they are logged out after the missed call - but MiCC is not reporting it like that. It only seems to happen in this scenario. It's on MCD 8.0 SP3 and MiCC 8.1.4.1.

I'm spinning up integrated voicemail ports butgetting no audio with this in the log:

vtg_dci_play()-> DSP Port is NULL

SHOWDSPSTATUS gives me the following:

We are using PRI's and can mask caller ID relatively freely. Some users (but not all) users want their caller ID to show their desk number when forwarded to their cell. Thus I don't want to change it in the ISDN Protocol form.

Is there a way I can do this?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Bench System ARID

I feel strange that I don't know the answer to this.

I have a bench system that I would like to use to downgrade the software on some SSD's to the release that one of our clusters is on. This usually requires an ARID. Do I need a separate, active ARID on the bench system or can I use one from the cluster without interrupting service?

Or am I barking up the wrong tree entirely on this and there is a better way.

I want to set CPN Substitution on outbound calls from a temporary DISA number so it appears as coming from a specific call back point. Is there any way I can make this happen?

I have a node that isn't syncing SDS with some (but not all) other nodes. It seems to be related to the following error in the logs:

MSTCPPostErrStack: MiSocketTCPImpl:: (SSL_ERROR_SSL) (error:24064064:random number generator:SSLEAY_RAND_BYTES:PRNG not seeded)

Is there any way I can force the randomization to re-seed without a reboot?

Mitel Software Applications / AWV AD Login Not working (single user)

I have an AWV deployment that uses LDAP to sync our active directory for login.

It's working for everyone except one admin user who it worked for at one time, but now doesn't. The following steps have been taken to troubleshoot:

Change AD Password (no good)
Delete existing AWV account (no good, possibly counter productive?)
Re-initialize MiCollab account (not synced with AD)

Now I'm stuck.

Is there a way to isolate a NuPoint mailbox so pressing * * does not exit to "Please enter a mailbox number." I thought a different Tenant COS or GCOS would do this but it is not.

Is there an FCOS bit to require NuPoint users to have a passcode instead of being able to remove it with four zeroes? I have it set to deny trivial passcodes but she will still allow 0000 which clears the passcode.

Occasionally I see this alarm on our MBG:

Severity   : major
Description   : comment:Download of file failed, icp:[ip address of 3300 (various)]

Download of the help file failed it appears. But why? And how do I, or how can I stop it?
