Mitel Software Applications / Call Control buttons W440 on Mitel UCA

Hi,

I recently purchased a Plantronics Savi W440. The headset works with the Mitel UCA, however I cannot answer calls from the softphone using the call answer button. Additionally I cannot end the call by pressing the same button. The mute button registers however and mutes the call. Has anyone figured out a way to get this to work with the UCA?

It works perfectly fine when I'm using Skype for Business, however we make and receive calls through Mitel UCA client.

Hello,

My organization received welcome e-mails for Micollab.
In the e-mail there was a link to download MiVoice for Lync , however we use Skype for Business so this installer DID NOT WORK. It says Lync is not installed.
Where can we download the MiVoice for Skype for Business plugin?
