I just added a secondary ipbx for resiliency.
is there a way to assign ipbx2 to all users?
import/export doesn't work.

I have an audio issue(in both directions) when I receive the call on a mobile (EHDU)
call forwarding works well, it's only when I do the fixed-mobile coupling.
Someone would have any idea?

blind transfer works.
For supervised transfer, when we press the R key on the phones and dial a second destination, the second phone doesn't ring (long tone).
on generic sip phones we have many multicall keys.

any idea ?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Ax controller fresh install

I have a problem installing an AX controller.
I changed the Bootroom to U-boot (so far so good).
then I followed the procedure to install version 9.4 manually.
I have a TFTP and HTTP server....
the AX downloads all the files from the TFTP
then it asks me for a login/password.
I tried "system/password , root/password , admin/password.

nothing happens.
do you have an idea ?

Microlab Client 9.4

I have a problem with the state of Micollab,


I'm having trouble configuring the softphone to work properly.

I only have a "full" licenses, so I createed Deskphone + softphone and put it in the personal call group.

In the State "desktop", I chose to send my calls to my ring group, and ticked only "Deskphone.
and out of office, send my calls to my ring group and i  ticked softphone only.

I have two problem:

1- in both states, I get calls on both (desk phone + softphone).

if i check presence status in personal call group Mivb, and in both states, presence does not change to absent.

2 - the second problem, when I receive the call, I have the possibility to choose with the green button if I want to take the call with a desk phone or a softphone, so when I choose the softphone, the call is picked up by the deskphone

Hi guys
I'm trying to register 112 individual cells in teleworker mode, but it doesn't work.
Error: No sip reg.
I created generic sip phone 3233 with password 3233 mivb side.
Then, in micollab, I added the teleworking option for the 3233.

On the Mbg side, I added the 3233 extension in the teleworker -> Sip device menu.

did I miss something ?

hello fellows,

issue : when no agent is available, the caller hears the ringing tone instead of MOH.

ACD path 111111
directory number 1234 ( Huntgroup RAD with no port)
Audio source  1  : my embedded moh.

COS : Trunk , agent ; Direct ip , Ivr port  :
local music on holde source YES
Music on hold on transfer YES

I even tried to put the moh in a network zone and apply it to my IVR ports but it doesn't work.

any idea ?

is it possible to choose the ringtone according to the number of the caller?  Here the issue: on 69xx phones we can differentiate the ringtone according to internal / external calls, the problem is that the did number that I call goes into the call director IVR, choice 1 blind transfer to a ring group.  The call is therefore considered internal.  Any idea ?

when forwarding incoming SIP to an extrnal number via SIP, call will connect with two way audio but during the connection there is no ring tone just dead air until it connects. Any thoughts?
only mobile destination.

i have  two sip trunk (primary and secondary). when i shutdown the primary sip peer to test resilience, after dialing the number, it takes 40s before the mitel controller sends request (ringtone)

my Ars route list :
route 1 = primary Sip peer,
route 2 = secondary Sip peer

i'm not using "unknown" in the ars number of digits to follow.

Test 2:

even when i dial number + # hash key i'need to wait 40s


Test 3

without using Route list, i have no delay using secondary route


40s to determine that route 1 is out of service and therefore taking route 2 seems too long to me

any idea?

hello guys

Has anyone already configured a PRI card on an ex controller? There is no documentation on the mitel site.

I managed to get my outgoing incoming calls to work. the only problem is the display of incoming numbers

I don't have the + 49xxxxxx indication but only xxxxxxx, so I can't call back from the call history.

on an Ex controller the "inward Dialing prefixes" menu no longer exists.

any idea ?
