Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Contacts

Afternoon all,

Very simple one for you guys.

We use the MiCollab client version 7.3.0.104 and have a user whom has created some personal contacts within it.

We are now looking to move this user to another laptop and copy his personal contacts across. However i'm struggling to find a way to do this.

Can anyone help?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / On hold music/info message

Afternoon,

I'm a bit stuck with this issue.

When user A puts a customer on hold they hear music. When user B puts a customer on hold they hear an information message. They both have the same tenant number. They are both ACD agents in different skill groups.

How do i change the information message as i have no idea where to find it!

We have a Mitel 3300 version 6.0 PR1

SIP On Mitel / Noisy SIP line

Afternoon everyone.

I've had a complaint from one of our users who is experiencing a static noise on the line when making some calls.

We have Mitel 5340's in the office and have a new HP PoE switch. There is only 3 phones in the office. She has also experienced this issue at another office which has a different SIP provider.

Any idea's?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / ACD path to voicemail

Hi everyone

Can't work out this issue.

We have an ACD path which interflows to a single line key on a phone which in turn has voicemail. Sounds simple. However it doesn't hit the voicemail box and continuously rings. However if i put in another voicemail box which i know works then it's fine. I've logged into the mailbox and a greeting has been setup so i'm baffled as to what the problem is.

I'm using MCD 6.0 SP3

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hi everyone,

I have a weird issue, my Contact Centre reports are showing as blank for all agents etc. It's like my link to the data has vanished!

Can anyone offer any advice?

I'm running version 6.0.11011.1

We use UCA client version number 6.0.120.0 and i would like to add more users to the call notification window like the pic shows. How do i do that?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Call hold timer

Good afternoon

I think this is an easy problem but i'm not that experienced at our Mitel mxe3300 yet!

When we put a call on hold internally it holds for around 3 mins. When we put an external caller on hold it rings us back after 30 seconds. I've checked the COS for the trunk but that shows 180 so it's not that!

Any ideas?

Mitel Software Applications / Query with Agent reporting

Hi Everyone

I'm learning the CCM so can't get my head round this problem and hoping some one can shed some light on this issue.

We have a call centre user whom is logged in and occasionally transfers a call to a specific number. However this number is not showing up on the lifecycle report, it merely shows a trunk number. Can anyone explain why this is? The issue is at 7:40pm and should show an 08000 number.

Are they being logged out automatically??

Mitel Software Applications / UCA personal contacts Lost

Easy one for you experienced Mitel technicians out there!

I recently re-configured a UCA client for one of our users and their personal contacts have disappeared! I have found the contacts.dat file but no matter how much i move it into the correct directory (AppData/Roaming/Mitel/UC/Username) it just doesn't pickup his contacts. We are using version 6.0.120.0

Please help!!

I've been asked by a colleague if I can produce a report showing all calls which have been transferred by our call centre department to other departments, is this possible?

Hi everyone

My first post on here, maybe the first of many!

I'm learning our Mitel 3300 system since one of our guys left so bear with me!

Basically i have a newly created ACD skill group with 2 users in it. Want i would like to be able to do is to give user a the first 2 calls and user b the third call. Is this possible?
