Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Caller ID not updating

Had some positional changes, have updated the users name associated with the extension on the 3300 and the voicemail box, however when users call the extension the old person's name still shows up.
Any tips on what's stuck or what else to check to get the name to update? Trying to avoid deleting the extension/phone from the 3300 and readding it but will if needed .

Person A left ext. 9999
ext. 9999 name updated to Person B on both 3300 and Voicemail box
dial 9999 Person A still shows up on caller ID and directory

I have an extension that when DND is active or if the user doesnt answer the phone in #x rings it forwards to a different extension. I need to turn this off but have not been able to find where the forward is setup. There is no system speed dial, nothing in call forwarding profiles on the controller, no hunt groups, what else could I be missing?

I have a Mitel 5224 that will randomly (assuming) reboot and get stuck at the DHCP Discovery screen, then at some point in the day, the phone will finish booting (user can make calls, check voicemail, ect.), then randomly return to the DHCP Discovery screen. Issue started after having to restore our MXE III from a backup. Is there a maintenance command that I can run to find more info on the problem extension to see what might be happening?

We just installed a few 5340's, if they are on teh 192.168 network they pull a DHCP address no probelm, if they are on 10.#.#.# they do not pull a DHCP address and just sit at the DHCP discovery screen. I'm at a loss because our other phone models work on the 10.#.#.# network (5212, 5224, 5235). DHCP Scope options are the same for both networks as far as I can tell

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / MiVB 8.0 5235 ip phone label issue

Hi guys,
 This morning we updated our 3300 to 8.0, all our 5212 and 5225s are working great but I have a problem with our 5235's. Under the Phone option (i think they call it a shadder?) all my speed dials are still set, however the labels are gone so I can't see what the button actually says. The People, Messages, History, Settings and Applications shadders/options are all grayed out and say Not Ready. Does anyone have any thoughts on whats going on?

Pretty sure the answer to this is no but wanted to reach out to the experts to see if I missed something.
I have 3 users who have a call forward profile assigned to their internal extension so that when someone calls 4444 it dials their external number ###-###-####
because of the forward, the call hits our company controller and then forwarded off to the external number, when the call hits the users phone the caller ID displays our company name and not the number of the original caller. is there a way to have the original caller info pass through to the users phone instead of displaying our companies name?

I have a System Speed Call going to an external number, call connects and rings but doesnt make it to the users VoiceMail before rerouting to the AutoAttendant. Is there a timer that needs to be increased?

I have created 3 call forward profiles to users to have their internal extension dial their external number
2 of the 3 are working wonderfully

Dialing problem user from an internal extension to their internal extension will result in being forwarded to their external number (this is good)
dialing problem user from an external number going through the auto attendant will result in it just looping back to the auto attendant (this is bad)

COS is correct as it is working for the other 2 users
allow public to public network is set to yes
allow external call forward is set to yes

whats also odd is that if I change problem user from being "Always" forward to "No Answer External" it will forward to problem users external number but will bounce back to the auto attendant instead of going to their external voicemail.

Please help Mitel Wizards

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / VM Mailboxes unable to make changes

So here is an odd one that has me stumped. When logging into our Mitel controller I can make changes on all menu items I have tried except for VM Mailboxes. I choose a mailbox number/name and click the Change button, the window to make changes never shows up.

User and Device Config works just fine, choose a number/directory name and click the change button, window pops right up to make needed changes. Why has this all of a sudden stopped working for VM Mailboxes?

Java is up to date, same issue happens in IE and Firefox

I am trying to get our users phones to work with the whole Advanced Voicemail settings of "to reach this users cell phone, press C the 2 key".
If I set the users advanced options and use an internal 4 digit extension, it will forward to the 4 digit extension. If I enter in a users cell phone it will not work.
Class of Service Options are set to "Call Forwarding (external Destination) - yes / Account Code length is set to 4 as I read it should be set to the same digit length of an extension / non verified account code is also set to yes.

What else am I missing? New to this, please be gentle.

Is it possible to have 2 extensions tied to the same phone? Have a user who is in charge of two departments and wants to use one phone for both extensions. Currently have it setup to do a system speed dial but she wants a dedicated line on her phone for the additional line. The secondary line is not programmed to any other phones.

I need to forward an extension to two different phones when the original extension isn't answered. I have an idea of how this should happen but might need some hand holding.

Do I just set up a new Hunt group and go from there? Do I do anything with Call Forwarding?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Lost Auto Attendant Pin

I am hoping for a helping hand. I just took over our Mitel system from a previous employee and have been doing my best to get by. My only major issue as of right now is that we need to change our Auto Attendant message. I know the Admin mailbox number is 9999 but no one knows the pin to access the account. All I need to do is change the auto attendant message people hear, the structure can stay the same. I've found a link that say the pin can be retrieve from some path but no clue how to get to that path. Any tips would be great. I believe we have a Mitel 3300 system?
