Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Reach-through access to controller management from MiCollab server

I recently changed a controller IP address.
Since then, reach-through from the MiCollab server no longer works to this particular controller.
I have re-addressed controllers before without getting this issue.
Does anybody have a check-list of things that need to be done for reach-through to work?
