Hi, Can anyone please help.
System Virtual MCD 7.2, MCC 8.1
SIP Trunk Incoming call from multi sites progress to the IVR group caller selects option to call sales, call transferred to a ring group that includes a user external (cellphone)
Problem is that the call charge go's against the pilot no of the IVR group not the customers SIP pilot no
Any ideas.

Hi, Can anyone please assist with an issue we are having in setting up a conference call from the MiCollab Client as follows
System is VMCD V6, MiCollab V6

From the help files:

To start a collaboration session for MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing:
1.   Right-click a contact and select Start Conference. The Start Conference dialog box appears.
2.   Type a Topic for the conference.
3.   Select the Collaboration Type for the conference:
•   Audio: Creates an MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing audio conference.
•   Video: Creates a MiCollab Client Video call, which includes audio and video.
•   Web: Creates an MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing web conference.
For an audio and web conference, select both Audio and Web.
4.   To add contacts to the session, locate the contact in the Contacts view and drag them to the Participants area in the Start Conference dialog box.
To remove contacts from the session, select one or more contacts from the Participants area and press the Delete button on your keyboard.
5.   Click Start.

From Micollab client, right click on user and pick option to start conference.
A Start Conference window pops – fill in topic, choose collaboration type and then start.
Message below than appears.
Unable to start conference, contact your system admin.

Hi, has anyone had failures with the Mitel DECT 612 & 622d Handsets, we appear to be having a large no of failures.

Hi, Is it possible to get an audible indication if you have incoming calls waiting, Reception talking on a call and other incoming calls appear on a Soft Key but no audible indication, is this what it should be or is there an option.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Multi Level Auto Attn

Hi The system is MCD V7.1.
We will be setting up a number of Multi Lev Auto Attn's but need to test before we go live. If my memory is correct the application requires the incoming call to be a trunk call to work, is this correct.
At present when we make an internal call it doesn't switch to the option required.
Any help?

Hi, we have a VMCD system on 7.1.
is there a way to interrogate the system to find what licenses are being used by an application.
Example standard license against a multi device license, what licenses are being used by a Contact Centre Agent.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel MCD Voice Mail Hack

Hello From NZ
System MCD 3300 MXE III, V6, Embedded Voice Mail
I have a customer who has had an attack on their Embedded Voice Mail via the Auto Attendant using the default pin (now changed) and changed the Extension no of Mail Box "0" to "1111", also changed the operators extension no to an external no, but couldn't call this because of the VM ports being Toll Barred.
The main impact was the incoming calls where transiting the system to "1111" which is NZ emergency service.
The question is how do they change the extension no of mail box "0"
All Pin No's have been changed.
Any help/answers appreciated.
