MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / MOH not playing Getting ring back Instead

I have a 250 running 6.0 serv pack 1. When a caller rings in the customer wants the caller to hear the MOH. However, they hear the ring back. I have the Star, Hunt groups and phones set to 5000cp for all audio for calls settings.

The MOH works if call is placed on hold.

Any help would be apreciated.

I have a new installation of a 250 running the latest software. I have a strange issue. when someone calls in on line 1 the CID is displayed during the entire call. However, if someone calls in on any of the other lines the CID only displays while the call is ringing and is replaced with the trunk group extension. All trunks are in the same trunk group. This is for a suicide hotline and the CID is important.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / 5330e phone only passing 100mbs

I have a new 5330e phone that will only pass 100 mbs. If I bypass the phone then the PC connects at 1ghz. Has anyone else had this issue? If so is the only resolution to return it to Mitel?

I have a Mitel 250 running 6.0 Sp3.
When person tries to answer call sometimes it continues to ring, the page button lights but the system does not page, the call disappears.
Its not occurring on every call but when it does it occurs with every phone that rings. They keysets are 5330.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a uc360 on a 250 running 6.2 sp1. I can make calls without issue. However, once the call is established I am getting bad results dialing through an auto attendant or logging into a conference bridge. It looks like some of the dtmf tones are not being passed.

If you have any ideas on troubleshooting or adjustments to system or to the uc360 itself I would really appreciate it.

I also have the uc360 on a system with 6.1 sp1 and having the same issue.

I have a 250 running 6.1 sp1. I have Auto Attendant transfer prompt set to no. However, callers still hear "please hold while your call is being transferred to XXXX. Is there a way to stop this?

I have a customer who wants the voicemail message to auto delete after 7 days once an email has been sent by the system. Is this possible with the 250?

Hello to everyone! I have a 250 running v6.1. It will stop processing calls of any kind (internal intercom, network intercom, and co calls. It says destination unreachable. Resetting the system clears for a day or two then reoccurs. None of the other networked systems have this issue (there are 7).

Any Ideas? Your help is gratefully appreciated.

I have been told that there are spread sheets available to fill out and upload to the 250 in order to program phone, users etc.. If this is correct where may I locate these forms?

I have a 250 running 6.1 serv pack 1. I have the lamp programmed as a message lamp. They get the notification on their screen but the lamp doesn't light. It does work intermittently.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Remote Paging

I have a location with 3 remote sites that we are going to put remote IP Phones in. They will tie back to a Mitel 250. Because we are doing away with the old pbx switches we need to have an over head paging solution at each remote site. We want to connect to the existing Valcolm paging equipment.

My question is what equipment do you recommend? They don't really want to cut the speaker leads on a cheap IP phone.

Hello to everyone. I have this appearing in my logs.

When employee,  answers the phone and introduces themselves to the caller, i.e.. thank you for calling xyz co, this is john, the caller only hears the name john and the first part.

These are analog trunks. Software version is 6.1.3.27
