Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab client showing CEID digits

I have a site running MiCollab 8 that shows the CEID+DN when you dial an internal user at a remote site.

So far it seems to only one user showing this.

Ideas?

Is there a way to prevent a call to the native device from interrupting your call if you are using the mobile softphone?

Right now if I am on a softphone call on my mobile client and someone calls my cellular number it places the softphone call on hold and make my cell ring. I have to decline the call and retrieve the previous call from hold to continue on.

Is it possible to send calls to a mobile device via the MiCollab Client without using EHDU?

MiVB-Express 7.1 is the platform and all users have UCC Standard licenses.

I thought I would just add the mobile number to the client account and build a status the sends the calls to that number. That doesn't seem to work though.

Mitel Software Applications / No MiCollab Client after upgrade

Went from MAS 6 to 7.2 and after the fresh install and applications install the only data that is restored is NPM. The MiCollab Client service doesn't even start. What can I do to get this going again?

Embedded VM with an informational MB plays the canned greetings and then transfers the callers after timeout. Customer wants their greeting to play and then the system drop the call. Is that possible with the embedded? Can't use a normal mailbox because they don't want messages left. Menu node would transfer them after timeout too, I think.

Suggestions?

Mitel Software Applications / Passcode issues

Site running MAS 4 with NPM connected to a 5000.

When anyone calls into their mailbox they are told their passcode has expired and then prompted to change it. The problem is that after you enter a new passcode you hear two beeps, which is the system wanting you to verify the passcode. No one knows/does this and it rejects the passcode. Is there supposed to be a prompt there to tell them to confirm? MAS 7 just plays it back so I have no real way to test this off site.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Different mailbox answer pounrs

I'm trying to get the following to work:

Call comes into HG and rings multicall a in Day.
Same  HG is call rerouted always to VM in Night1 (mb matches DID).
Want Night2 to CRRFA to another mailbox for a different menu. This part doesn't work for me.

What I am doing is trying to route through a name tag HG in N2 to change the number, but the calls don't go through from the trunks. They will go to the destination if you dial the HG pilot. No members in the group. The CRRFA is to a speedcall to the VM. (6510)

What am I missing here?

SE is telling me that a single MBG server cannot have SIP trunks and remote users. Are they really mutually exclusive? I always thought you could run both on the same box.

Is there a way to see what is using memory on NPM on MAS? I have a site that is using 96% of memory at all times. 75 users and only NPM running shouldn't do that even with only 4 GB of RAm.

Does anyone know how to change the login name in the authentication section in Users and Services on MAS? Had a few phones in service, people changed and then the new users where updated here. Fist, last and display name updated, but login name stays with the old user and is grayed out.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / System Totals

When I run a System Totals command on MCD 7.1 and it shows my 192 DNI on sx200 bays and 20 DNI stations. What are those 20? Embedded VM ports?
