Mitel Software Applications / Mitel 250 Application Suite & Azure

We have a customer who has Mitel Application Suite hosted in MS Azure. It works most of the time but if a disconnection happens, it takes a reboot of the Mitel 250 to restore the connection.
Does anyone have experience of this?

Has anyone managed to get this feature working? It is only available in online view. Toggling it appears to make no difference.

Has anyone installed the new Mitel 112 DECT over a VPN connection?
We have a customer moving part of their business and they want to retain the use of DECT in the remote building.

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Client & 5000 integration

Hi everyone.

We have a standalone MiCollab Client server connected to our Mitel 5000, via a CT Gateway and this works fine. The problem is that when a User is added, with the required deskphone and softphones configured in their DEE destinations etc, MiCollab will not pick this up so the Mobile Softphone cannot be deployed as it does not exist in MiCollab.

Does anyone know how to force the 5000 and MiCollab to synch? Forcing PBX Node Synchronisation does not do it.

Any ideas welcome.

Does anyone know if there is a way to alter the  SIP properties of a 5000/HX to change "User-Agent: Mitel-5000-ICP-5.1.0.46" in SIP messaging?

The successful applicant will be Mitel accredited on MiVB and as many applications as possible, with installation and support experience. Any Mitel HX/5000 accreditation would also be useful.

I am trying to connect an Australia based Asterisk to a UK based 5000/HX and have got registration UK to Aus to Aus to UK registration get a 403 Forbidden, as below.

Any ideas welcome.

Mitel Software Applications / Error installing MiCollab Client

I inadvertently deleted my MiCollab PC client and now cannot reinstall it.

The error I get is the setup wizard ended prematurely due to an error. I assume this is something to do with entries in the register but I have tried to remove everything I can find.

Does anyone know of anything else I need to do?

SIP On Mitel / Mitel IP DECT connect to IP Office

We have an existing customer who wants to update their TDM DECT to IP, linked to their Avaya IP Office. Has anyone got this working?

I am assuming the IP DECT will register with the IP Office as SIP extensions but if anyone has done this I would be glad to hear from them.

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Mobile Client call being put on hold by GSM call

Hello.

We have a number of MiCollab Mobile Client users and are experiencing an annoying problem whereby, when on a MiCollab call a GSM call arrives on the handset, instantly putting the MiCollab call on hold with no option to ignore the etc.

We use iPhones and Samsung devices and cannot see a way to over-ride this from happening.

Anyone have any ideas?

Has anyone got RealViewer, Reporter Pro etc working on Windows 8.1?

The application starts but gives an error saying it cannot read the database.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / MiCollab client wont dial out - dials reception

When clicking call from a contact in MiCollab, the system doesn't prefix the number with 9, therefore dialling reception.

The Plus Dialling settings are correct on the MiCollab server.

Any ideas anyone?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / 5000 to Axxess Networking

We have a 5000 networked on our LAN to an Axxess. The 5000 has SIP which is connected to a hosted platform, enabling us to dial hosted extension numbers.

I am trying to work out how to access the SIP peer from the Axxess extensions but cannot.

Any ideas?
