When I go to load a backup on my Mitel 3300 LX I get the message that the sysro.tar file cannot be extracted due to a bad checksum. I have also noticed that the system is not as loud as it was before having issues. The side fans are not turning but everything else appears normal outside of the restore issues I am having.
Any ideas out there?

Can anyone one tell me how to go about hanging up an outside call that only listens to a menu node or announcement only voice mail message. Currently if the user hears the message the system automatically routes them to the auto attendent or system mailbox. I would like for the call to simply disconnect. System type Mitel 3300 ICP v 5.

I am using a 3300 ICP rl 5.0.1 and all of a sudden on some incoming and outgoing calls the caller cannot hear our voice but we can hear theirs. We have replace DSP cards thinking that this would solve the problem to no avail. Can anyone provide some ideas on what could be causing this issue.
