Maybe failed licensing as by upgrading you have used the updated security certificate and sync'd to amc, try manually upgrading certificate on the rel 8 after the downgrade

4
Run a CCS trace on the Mitel Trunks Gateway and see how the number is presented to you

5
Seen a bug prevously where incomming DASS calls showed the incomming number as 0x3645345578 as an example and the Micollab could not work out to remove the x that they insert, It was fixed in the next release.

6
Is it DASS?

On your Mivb Under Online Service URL add the Service link from Micollab under the Micollab Enterprise settings you will see Avatar URL, then add speed dial to your phone.

Mitel Software Applications / Re: Domain Name and SSL Cert

I have used a free SSL cert before, the draw back was that they would only issue for 3 months so was a pain and you had to regularly renew. Cant remember the exact company I used but just googled it and there was a few options. All you needed was to authorise an email they sent to you.
