Hello, I am trying to figure out how to have a call an Admin transfers to a phone to ring back to the admin if the call is not answered instead of going to the users voice mail?

We just got a replacement Soundstation IP 6000 conference phone. I am struggling where to find how to register it in the Mivoice Office250 system administration software. Any pointer would be much appreciated, thank you.

I have a user who is not sure what they did, they have an 86x phone and the message light is blinking. When they go to retrieve the message it shows another users Ext. They were trying to call that users Ext before this happened. I am not sure how to clear the message on the phone. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

We have a couple phones that when you dial the 3 digit extension for them it displays call routing to that phone and their is a brief delay before it actually rings that phone. Any ideas as to why this is?

After copy/paste from a working phone, still no fix. Phone rings just fine, inter-company calls can be answered just by picking up the handset. Only calls on outside lines, user has to press the line before the call is answered.

I just did a copy/paste from a working phone in the programming, waiting to hear back if that worked. Yes the phone actually rings when a call comes in.

No, if the call comes in on line 2, they have to press the line 2 button. All other phones they just pick up the handset to answer.

They can answer an IC call without having to press anything, it is just incoming lines. The headset is a plantronics not sure of the model number. They said it has always been that way even before they put the headset on that phone. They said when they dialed 360 it said auto co access off, so I had them turn it back on.

We have an 8660 phone that the user has to press the line that is ringing in to answer the phone rather than just pick up the handset and answer it. This is a problem since the user has a headset and is not normally by the phone so he has to go back to the phone and press the line to capture the call. I have tried code 360 Auto CO access and that didn't solve it. Any other solution? Thank you.

Hello,

When our admin tries to transfer a call to a certain extension, if the user doesn't answer the call rings back to the admin instead of going to the users voicemail. What needs to be programmed so the transferred call goes to voicemail? Thank you.

When I start the System Administration and Diagnostics program I cannot get the System monitoring. It says AWS webpage and advanced system monitoring available. I used to have it but got a new PC and re-installed the programming software. There isn't a play button as before to start the connection either. I can get into the programming though. I am on version 6.3.1.0, is there something else to check to get this to work?

Our email server is hosted through Gsuite. So I would have to add an email address for the voice mail admin?
