Thank you acejavelin,

I did not find that in the system documentation! what are my options for RAC VM Destination for the Tenant ... every time I try a destination it says " access code is not a valid answer point.

I have done that recently when we moved to O365. I used SNMP local server and created SNMP relay and then went to my O365 admin client and created a connector to connect to it. on the Mitel system, you can put your local SNMP server IP address. you may have to modify your DNS records to prevent messages to be sent as spam.

I can provide more details on the setup if you guys need.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Upload wav file to VM greating

Hi,

I'm working on updating the AA I have the new recordings in a file on my computer, after trying and reading about this I found that this is not possible through "System Audio Files Updates" and that the best way to do this is via ftp (correct ?) when I ftp to the system I dont see the /vmail directory which I believe where I can upload and replace current greetings. any suggestion here would be greatly appreciated.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Voicemail to Email on office 365
« on: January 02, 2019, 04:37:48 PM »
HI,

We recently moved from the on-premises exchange server to the cloud office 365, after this upgrade, the voicemail to Email stopped working so I've been searching for a solution online and I came across the SMTP relay connector solution and what I did was

1. I pointed the PBX to the new office 365 using the MX value on office 365, I assigned that value under System Option .. Email server Server
2. in Office 365 admin portal I created SMTP relay connector with options Mail Flow

From:  Your Organization's Email server
To:      Office 365
What do you want to do after the connector is saved?: Turn it On
By verifying that the IP address of the sending server matches one of these IP addresses that belong to your organization: (my public IP address).

But it's still not working. any help is greatly appreciated it.

Solved!

I had to block the number on access code #6, not 9 because that extension did not use to dial 9 to get an outside line, seems like it resides within #6 access code.

Thank you very much for the help.

9
weirred! calls are still going out. how could I block the number if +1 is dialed before, do I create another route for it?

10
Im not using Outgoing Call Restriction Form 4 - Option 32. but I THINk I have two outside access codes,.

11
Still not working for me for some reason  :(, Please see attachments. I added the same COR the extension was using (COR 3) to the new COR group #11 which is still part of the original COR group #3, not sure if this is a mistake and if I should be using a unique COR for the extension (EXT 1564).

12
I guess I'm confused about the COR number that I assign in form 9 ... is it a COR member number or a COR group number ?

13
Johnp what would be a better way to do this.

Hi,

I'm trying to block extension 1234 from dialing a specific number.

I assigned a route for the destination number to be blocked in Form 26, assigned a COR for it in form 23, allowed all COR Groups to access it to access it, assigned unused COR to ext 1234, and added it to all COR groups except the one I used for extension 1234.

when I applied this It ended up blocking all outgoing calls. what am I doing wrong here. this SX200 MX

Thank you,

one more thing here. this system does not have a hard drive but there is an 8GB flash card, does it act like the hard drive in this case?
