I forgot to mention that there are two types of firmware but with the same name. one for the 69xx and another for the 69xxW (wifi)

maybe the issue comes from the tftp server you are using.
try with tftp64
disables windows firewall.
otherwise prepare an anydesk access, I can take a look if you want.

Can you share screenshot of the error, also your tftp server?

you need to export the firmware from Ipbx and put into a tftp server on your computer .

6
no need to upgrade.

for version 69xxW you just need to install a small patch to inject the new firmware.

7
If you keep the same micollab version you can migrate.
You need mitel software assurance (swa) only if you need to upgrade the micollab version or to rise a case with mitel support.

set up authentication under the SIP tab.
Use the dropdown to select "username" under Priority Criteria.
put in the extension number under "Username Criteria".
Disable Validate Realm.
Put the extension number under User Name and then the password must match what you put in the PBX.
under the registration tab select "Enable" from the drop down for both register and messaging.

I export the file
I open it with Excel
I add the "secondary ipbx"
I save my CSV file
then open it with Notepad++
I replace all the ; by ,
then i import it again.

Appears that the csv is corrupt and not lining up correctly.

The values aren't valid for those fields.

I exported the file, modified it, then imported it.

I've used import/export several times for that.

First I ensure that one user is already resilient.
Then I export all the users from the User and Devices form.
Then I copy the secondary host information from the resilient user to all the other users.
Next I import it all back.

That has worked well for me each time.

Hi Ralph ,
this is what I already tried to do before posting my request but I have an error message when I try to import the file (below)

I just added a secondary ipbx for resiliency.
is there a way to assign ipbx2 to all users?
import/export doesn't work.

hi ,
basically , you can't creat a ring group or multicall on antoher extension.

maybe it's better to use Call forward 1st alt to the second extension , our install a second console.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / EHDU No audio
« on: March 18, 2023, 06:53:02 AM »
I have an audio issue(in both directions) when I receive the call on a mobile (EHDU)
call forwarding works well, it's only when I do the fixed-mobile coupling.
Someone would have any idea?
