Non-Mitel Chatter / Re: Poll - What Would Be Your Telecom Focus?
« on: February 24, 2017, 01:42:42 AM »
Good, question. I'll go for integration. In our company, CTI is important when it comes to lead generation especially turning the cold leads to warm leads. So I guess improving it and making sure we make the best of it would be our focus for this year.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Re: Click to Dial - from a web page

Hi,

Click to dial feature really is a must-have for easier and faster dialing. Try checking out ***Blocked as spam****. It's a CTI that supports a lot of CRMs including Mitel, and has a lot of amazing features like Click To Dial Anywhere and Call Logging. That means you can click a phone number anywhere on the internet and it will dial automatically. ***Blocked as spam**** also has a cool user-friendly floating UI. Go to ***Blocked as spam****'s website at https://www.***Blocked as spam****.com/ to see all its features and how you'll greatly benefit from them.

Hope this helps.

A solution I see is trying out a CTI that's powered by Google Chrome. ***Blocked as spam**** works that way--it's essentially a Chrome extension. The click to dial function on ***Blocked as spam**** also works on spreadsheets, your CRM, and any web page opened in Chrome.

Mitel Software Applications / Re: UCA - MiCollab - Click to Dial
« on: August 24, 2016, 11:23:31 AM »
Hi, guys!

I'm not sure about MiCollab and UCA, but if your web application is a CRM that can be integrated with Mitel, then a CTI can help you get the clickable phone numbers your salespeople want.

The click to call function is fairly common among providers of CTI software. You can explore the providers out there, but I recommend ***Blocked as spam**** if you want the click to call to work on any spreadsheet, application or any webpage. https://www.***Blocked as spam****.com/support-center/enable-or-disable-click-to-dial/

You can check out the Salesforce App Exchange page for Mitel integration options. Or, if you're willing, try a third-party software like ***Blocked as spam****. ***Blocked as spam**** offers Salesforce integration with Mitel. https://www.***Blocked as spam****.com/integrations/salesforceiq/mitel
