Stuck on ARS issue.
Hotel account wants to keep some in-house extensions from dialing extensions starting with 4,5, 6  and restrict outgoing on 9,but allow other digits like 911, 0 and exts. starting with 1, 2, 3, 4 etc.

Have not done ARS on 200 in a long time.  Any suggestions?

Have a 5000 6.2 with 20 analog lines, everything is fine except for 1 line that has burned out port 1 of the onboard 
LS ports twice!
Had Frontier check the line for excess voltage and they say the line is within specs.
Have gone through 2 processor modules since I have no other available ports to use. (Customer won't go to T-1)
If a call comes in there is a loud squeal on the line.
Anyone seen this, or know what is going on? ???

I moved the CF to slot 2 and now it says can't load boot file.

Just got an SX-200 AX and it does not get past auto-boot.
The parameters look correct and I tried to follow the THB, but no luck.
I installed the 4gig CF in Slot 1 and there in nothing in slot 2
What am I missing?

I have a customer with MiVoice Business 7.1. 

We set the handset volume saved to YES in all IP phones COS.

It still reverts back to the default setting of 3 when hung up.

Two questions:
1) How do I increase the default from 3 to 5? Don't see it in System Options.
2) Do the phones need to be rebooted for the new setting to take hold? I have seen conflicting posts about that.
