Have you tried factory default and then set back all configurations?

Welcome, @crazyscout!

3
no NAT setting under the SIP Trunk's Network interface?
Try to find the Indirect Switching setting (Relay RTP data via communication server) or similar and enable it to test.
Have you taken a packet trace from either the PBX side or router side to see at which leg the RTP is lost?

4
You could also consider using SSP/Self-Service Portal for the target extension.

5
Isn't the Intelligate the precursor to the MiVO400? If so, then maybe it follows the port usage of the 400.

6
The AA should not be interfering with the CLIP for outbound calls.
It is usually with the trunk setting. What type of trunk is affected and does it affect all users via that trunk or just some?

SIP On Mitel / Re: Sip communication with the telecommunication center

Some carriers require the correct source IP (not internal) and/or the correct CLIP based in the SIP invite

Glad you were successful!

Some of us still dream of an offline configuration/backup viewer like the old AMS. That would make configuration and troubleshooting easier.

9
Check the entries in Own local prefix. Maybe you have 020 under National prefix or destination code. Try playing with that.

What shows as the called number if you do a system "Telephony" trace while dialling 0208? and with 44?

It might have been something you changed inadvertently on the file. You can test by adding just one new line of data to the newly exported Excel file and see if you can import it back without any error. It could give you an idea of what you're doing wrong.

One thing to note is that the cells must be formatted as text.

You could also share the file you did (with dummy data) for some of us to check.

Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Re: Mitel Dect 612

for Authentication, make sure it is the user's PIN.

On the terminal (fresh outside the box): Dial FAC prefix and FAC user login code followed by the user number
(e.g.: *111563) --> Ok, then enter PIN (of the MiVO 400 user) --> Ok

The user is created automatically in OMM

OR

On the existing terminal: Click on Log in

Then enter the user number and click OK.
Finalise the login by entering the user PIN.

The user is created automatically in OMM

Do you have a Mitel account? Then next would be, does it have MSA Access?
I know there is a document in Infochannel > MSA on MiVO 400 - Microsoft Teams Direct Routing using AudioCodes.
Trying to dig it up from my end.

Edit: It is available from KMS so there is no need for MSA access. It might not exactly be what you need but it could help.

looked for Microsip in the iphone app store and couldn't find it.  does it go by a different name ?

You never mentioned what device. MicroSIP is a PC softphone. I don't have any experience with any iOS softphones other than MiCollab.

I can't believe I read passed the "iphone app store"... Thanks for your response, @lundah.

@Teck900, for mobile, some of those my colleagues have used for testing are Bria, Session Talk, Zoiper, Linphone...
